After you place your order, it will be shipped between 1-5 working days. If you ordered during a sale / promo, please take in mind that this times can vary depending on the amount of orders.

Europe: 5 -20 business days
Other countries: 7 - 25 business days (depending on your location)
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company of your country. Take in mind that we are not responsible for the work of the postal offices and service. We are also not responsible for lost packages or any delays. Once the package leaves our hands we have the same info as you have.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
▶ SHIPPING FEE
The shipping cost for international orders is fixed to 6€. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 50€
All orders will be shipped with Registered Air Mail (With tracking number) - Portuguese Post (CTT) from Portugal.
You can pay through PayPal / Credit or debit Card / or Offline payment (bank transfer - if you choose this option you will receive the details).
If you want to pay with Credit or debit card, you should use the button "Check out with PayPal" even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Please note: If you choose offline payment, we will only process the order after we receive the proof of payment

▶ RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
* Conditions of return:
- Contact within: 5 days of delivery.
- Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for items on sale.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition,
the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
